Initial Consultation
Call or email for a free, 15-minute consultation to determine if Olive and Vine Counseling would be a good fit and to get any answers to questions you have about therapy.
Rates
$150 per initial client intake/assessments for individual therapy
$135 per 50-minute individual therapy session
*Initial intake/assessment session(s) are typically the first session(s) in the treatment process.
In accordance with the federal No Surprises Act, a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges will be provided upon request or upon scheduling services. The purpose of the estimate is to give clients an opportunity to manage their care costs and to prevent surprise billing.
Insurance
At this time, Olive and Vine Counseling is not paneled with any insurance companies/plans. Our services are self-pay only.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to the session. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session. All clients are required to keep a valid credit card on file.
